    After the dishwasher is installed, the operator must be trained on how to operate it before use.

     If this is a result of misuse or improper use, A/S will not be free.

    You can purchase a light bulb at the nearest electronics store to replace it.

     The fluorescent light is a supply which is free of charge for three months.

    If you keep the rice in the warmer longer than 8 hours, it will smell. Please keep it less than 8 hours.

     Because the warmer is sensitive to the temperature, please set the temperature at 72-75 in the spring, 65 in the summer, and 80 in the winter.

    There is a red button (thermal protector) in the back of the fryer. Please press it hard. The green light should turn on and the temperature will rise.

    If the temperature goes over 180 degrees, it automatically turns off. (Scraps sometimes get stuck to the heater and it immediately detects the temperature as over 180 degrees.)

    You must clean the radiator regularly once every six months.

    ※ There is an air-condition-looking filter in the machine room, please turn it off and scrub it with a soft brush.

    The model WS-823RF is a product combining a refrigerator and freezer, and its proper temperature is between -7 and -15.

    ※ For instance, if you set the freezer at -15, the refrigerator automatically will be set at +0-3.

    As it is a commercial direct type and it maintains the coldness in cold pipes, dew condensation is unavoidable because of the different temperatures between inside and outside.

    ※ The condensation gets worse during the summer. (This is not a failure; therefore, it cannot be called for repair service)

    Turn off the refrigerator, and open the door for about five minutes. When the edges start melting, use a wide spoon to remove it gently.

    Lower the temperature after business hours, and reset the temperature the next day in the morning.

    ※ Since the refrigerator’s door is not being opened and closed overnight, the compressor is not working and tends to melt the contents.

    Our cable has a built-in ground connection. Please connect it to the main outlet or replace it with a grounded outlet.

     You can purchase a grounded outlet at the nearest market or large discount store.

    Please check the cable and circuit, and call us.

     When the technician comes to fix this problem, 90% of the time this is due to a poor connection of the cable.

    Please disconnect the power, and request repair service.

    There is a button (red) in the back of the fryer.

    Please press the button. If the green light comes on, it will work normally.

    (If the oil temperature of the fryer goes over 200 degrees, the thermal protecting sensor will be activated. Even if the temperature is set at 200 or 180 degrees, the sensor will immediately detect the temperature as over 200 degrees if a small piece of batter covers the sensor.

    Please unplug the power cable, request repair service, and wait until the technician visits.

    (If this is within one year from the purchase date, the technician will visit the site, and if a burnt mark is discovered, this will be considered as the customer’s neglect.)

    The refrigerator’s cable has a built-in ground connection.

    If this was not connected to the main power outlet, there may be an electrical short.

    Please change it to an extension cable with ground connection or connect it to the main outlet.

    (Ground connection is excluded from the repair service)
